Visa requirements. It is your responsibility to obtain the required entry documents for each destination you’re visiting before departing for your vacation. When travelling outside of Canada it is highly recommended that you possess a Canadian Passport due to heightened worldwide security.
Agency shall not be responsible for any travel decisions, for whatever reason made, made by you after consulting the Site.
10. Limitation of Liability

Any and all disputes arising out of these Terms and Conditions, its performance, breach, enforcement, existence or validity, including any failure of the parties to reach agreement with respect to matters provided for in these Terms and Conditions and all matters of dispute relating to the rights and obligations of the parties, which cannot be amicably resolved, even if only one of the parties declares that there is a difference, will be referred to and finally settled by private and confidential binding arbitration before a single arbitrator held in the location specified in Section 12 above in English, and governed by arbitration legislation in force from time to time in the Province of British Columbia. The arbitrator shall be a person who is legally trained and who has experience in the information technology field in Canada and is independent of either party.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, each party may pursue the protection intellectual property rights and confidential information through injunctive or other equitable relief through the courts.
14. General

Due to the nature of travel planning and third-party supplier policies, the following cancellation and refund terms apply.
1. Deposits & Payments
All deposits and payments made to Sonoma Travel may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of booking. Certain travel components, including but not limited to flights, hotels, tours, and cruises, are subject to supplier-specific terms and conditions.
2. Cancellations by Client
If you need to cancel your travel arrangements, you must notify Sonoma Travel in writing via email at info@sonomatravelservice.com.
Cancellation requests are effective only upon confirmation of receipt.
Cancellation fees may apply and will vary depending on the travel supplier’s policies, timing of cancellation, and type of booking.
Sonoma Travel may charge a service fee in addition to any supplier-imposed penalties.
3. Supplier Terms & Conditions

4. Refunds

6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. Travel insurance may cover losses due to trip cancellations, interruptions, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events.
Failure to obtain travel insurance may result in loss of funds in the event of cancellation.
7. Cancellations by Sonoma Travel or Suppliers
In the unlikely event that Sonoma Travel or a travel supplier must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to:
- Rebook your travel arrangements, or
- Facilitate any refunds as permitted by the supplier
Sonoma Travel is not liable for additional costs or losses resulting from such cancellations.
8. Force Majeure
Sonoma Travel is not responsible for cancellations, delays, changes, or losses caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, labor disputes, or travel restrictions.
No refunds will be issued for such events unless provided by the travel supplier.

4. Health & Safety
Travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to illness, injury, and unexpected disruptions.
It is the traveler’s responsibility to review health advisories, vaccination requirements, and safety conditions for their destinations.
Sonoma Travel does not guarantee the safety or suitability of any destination or service.
5. Insurance Recommendation
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Sonoma Travel will arrange for recommended travel insurance coverage for each travel package booked through us.
- Coverage options may include trip cancellation, interruption, medical protection, and other relevant benefits depending on the booking.

6.Changes, Cancellations & Interruptions
